Services · four practices, one discipline
The outcome you need, reached and proven.
Growth strategy, due diligence, digital, and publishing. Each practice leads with your outcome and runs on a framework refined across 20+ years of delivery.
The practices
We close the execution gap. Four practices, one discipline.
Most leaders need more than one.
Practice 01
Growth Strategy
Know where the growth is, and build the plan that reaches it.
The plan that gets executed, and measured.
The operating model a new national entity was built on.
16+ entities aligned
A GCC national economic programme
A sector the state wanted to turn into an economic pillar, with sixteen agencies pulling in different directions. We held the programme office, tested the strategy, and architected the entity that would run it.
An acquisition map across 800 firms, and the shortlist that survived it.
800+ firms mapped
A North American insurance investor
An acquisition strategy with no view of the field. We mapped the managing general agents and the claims adjusters, and sized the opportunity in each.
A regional strategy exercise already running, one piece short of a decision.
13 markets, 5 product lines, 3 portfolios
A global agrochemicals business
Their leadership team was building a vision to 2021, and could not see where the business already stood. Sales sat in one system, market size in another, and nothing joined them. We built the view the vision chapter was built on, by country, portfolio and product line.
Practice 02
Due Diligence
See the deal clearly, before you commit and after you close.
The deal math that survives the hold.
A regulator that could not lawfully run the market it regulates. So we designed the company that could.
7 national schemes and 4 state operating companies benchmarked, CEO in post in 28 weeks
A GCC national food and drug regulator
A national regulator held the standards, the mandate and the ambition to operate the market underneath them, and could not do so lawfully. We designed the entity that could: the business model, the operating model, the executive team, and the regulatory canvas of what it could and could not take on as the certification market's operational arm. It reached kick-off with a chief executive in post.
Four global vendors, one shortlist, and the RFP that awarded the winner.
4 vendors scored on 8 criteria and 8 solution areas × 3 dimensions
A GCC national labour ministry
A ministry running a national skilling programme had to pick from four global vendors and had no shared ruler across proposals that framed themselves differently. We ran the scored technical and commercial diligence, presented the top three, drafted the RFP that sanctioned the winner, and made the award defensible on a public record.
A licensing bet with no China-specific commercial floor. We built the floor.
4-layer value chain, RMB 8-9B market sized, cost-per-km go/no-go
A Fortune 100 industrial group, licensing arm
A licensing arm held a technology candidate and needed to know whether the pending regulation would enforce, which architecture the market would settle on, and what economic threshold a new solution would have to clear. We built the four-layer value chain, sized the market against contested regulatory timing, and modelled the cost-per-kilometre threshold that produced the go or no-go.
Practice 03
Digital & AI
Turn digital ambition into value the business can measure.
Technology the business adopts, not just buys.
A national platform the state pays nothing to build.
5-year PPP secured, ~10M transactions in the projected book
A GCC national telecoms regulator
A national fibre ambition with no commercial model private capital would sign. We authored the strategy, the business canvas, the digital solution design and the five-year financial case, priced the bid, and secured the PPP, structured so the state carried no capital cost and the asset reverted at term end.
An informal market a government could not measure, and the instrument that closed it at source.
A 7-stage sovereign digital enforcement journey
A GCC national labour reform programme
A labour ministry knew its outsourcing sector was being used to evade national workforce quotas and could not prove the mechanism. We designed the journey that names the worker on the contract for the first time, and revokes it automatically the moment the terms are breached. Enforcement closes the pain points at their source, not on the inspector's clipboard.
Two national platforms, one ministry, and the collision we chose not to have.
A purpose-built national sovereign skilling platform
A GCC national workforce programme
A ministry with the mandate and the budget for a national skilling platform, and not the capacity to absorb a programme this size. We designed the RFP, priced the case that won it, architected the eleven-module platform, ran the build through a third-party vendor and the ministry's deputyships, and drove it to launch-ready.
Practice 04
Publishing Services
Turn expertise into intellectual property the market, and the policymaker, reads.
As a CII member, we contribute research, findings and recommendations to national policy work.
The record
Our practice is AI-native. We built the intelligence we run on: a coded corpus of 150+ projects, a strategy taxonomy, a pattern library, and a published measure of where value leaks between the decision and the outcome. The analysis is faster, wider and evidence-dense. The judgment stays senior and human. Every mandate is held to a result you can measure.
