Our publications (reports, papers and policy papers) may be downloaded and read for your own reference and may be quoted with attribution to Vizry Group and the publication title. The licence printed in each publication governs any further use. Each publication is served from vizry.com and we record each time it is opened, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subject to applicable law, the competent courts having jurisdiction over the relevant Vizry Group entity govern disputes arising from these Terms: the courts at New Delhi, India, for matters relating to Vizry Services Private Limited and Vizry Technologies LLP, and the courts at Gautam Budh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India, for matters relating to Vizry Publishing LLP. Consumers may also have rights under the laws of their own country.

13Product-Specific Terms

13.1Vaani Storybooks (Vizry Publishing)

Vaani products are children's books and related content. Purchases and returns follow the selling platform's policy. Content is created with human creative direction supported by licensed AI tools. Use involving children is subject to parental consent and our Privacy Policy.

13.2Intalyst (Vizry Technologies)

Use of the Intalyst platform is governed by your separate platform or subscription agreement, which prevails over these Terms for the platform. Intalyst incorporates patent-pending technology; no rights in that technology are granted except as expressly stated in your platform agreement.

13.3Consulting and Advisory (Vizry Services)

Consulting and advisory engagements are governed by the specific engagement agreement between you and Vizry Services, which prevails over these Terms for that engagement.

14General Terms

14.1Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience, and the English version governs in case of conflict.

14.2Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

14.3Entire Agreement
